Durante il Fan Festival 2026 di Berlino, Square Enix ha annunciato che Final Fantasy 14 Online uscirà su Nintendo Switch 2 il 4 agosto 2026. I preordini sono già aperti sul Nintendo eShop.
Per garantire la stabilità dei server, il publisher includerà un mese di abbonamento gratuito per tutti i giocatori sulla nuova console.
Square Enix offre sconti dedicati a chi effettuerà il preordine delle edizioni complete:
Starter Edition: $19.99
Complete Edition: $59.99 ($41.99 con il preordine)
Complete Collector’s Edition: $139.99 ($97.99 con il preordine)
Espansione Dawntrail: $39.99 (richiede il gioco base)
Dawntrail Collector’s Edition: $59.99 (richiede il gioco base)
Sarà disponibile al lancio anche la Free Trial (la prova gratuita).
Le altre novità dal Fan Festival: espansione Evercold e crossover con FF7 Remake
L’arrivo su Switch 2 precede il lancio di Evercold, la sesta espansione ufficiale prevista per gennaio 2027.
