
Persona 5 Royal: l’arrivo del porting su Nintendo Switch è merito di SEGA
Qualche ora fa sono emerse interessanti informazioni in merito alla buona riuscita del porting di Persona 5 Royal, disponibile da fine ottobre su Nintendo Switch.
Nonostante le pressioni dei fan più accaniti della serie, non è stato infatti semplice decidere il porting dei precedenti capitoli della serie, oltre che di Persona 5 Royal.
A quanto pare, possiamo ringraziare SEGA per l’arrivo del suddetto su Nintendo Switch Switch, almeno da quanto affermato dal producer di Atlus, Shinji Yamamoto, all’interno un’intervista a Famitsu, rivela le difficoltà avute dal team, e l’aiuto di SEGA nella realizzazione del porting.
“We’ve made some very detailed adjustments. We optimized the number of the pieces of debris that blow away for each model. Elements like effects, number of projectiles, etc.
SEGA was in charge of the development of the remaster (not just matching the resolution to the console). It was a very meaningful project. Multi-platform development isn’t easy. This was my first porting project, and I didn’t realize how hard it would be.”
L’ultimo capitolo della nota serie di Atlus, sarà pubblicato già dal prossimo 21 ottobre 2022 sull’eShop europeo ed americano di Nintendo Switch.
