Square Enix ha svelato nuovi dettagli sulla personalizzazione dei personaggi in Dragon Quest X Offline, prossimamente disponibile su Nintendo Switch.
Il decimo capitolo in modalità offline, sarà infatti pubblicato il prossimo 15 settembre 2022 sull’eShop giapponese di Nintendo Switch.
Dragon Quest X Offline, così come suggerisce il nome, potrà infatti essere giocato senza una connessione Internet sempre attiva, con un nuovo stile grafico ed altre differenze che lo distingueranno dal vecchio MMORPG.

In Dragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes Offline, you can change the appearance of your equipment and the protagonist to your liking using the magic tailoring art of “My Coordination” and the Coloring Shop and Salon facilities. Utilize My Coordination and the fashion facilities to change up your style.

■ Coordinate Your Equipment with My Coordination
With the magic tailoring art of My Coordination, you can change the appearance of the protagonist’s equipment. It is as simple as selecting the “My Coordination” button from the “Equipment” screen. The strength of the equipment you are currently wearing will stay the same, while only the appearance will change, so enjoy coordination to your heart’s content.
—My Coordinations can be checked and registered from the Equipment screen in the main menu. You will gain access to My Coordination early on in the story.
—A weapon’s appearance can also be changed by selecting your preferred weapon appearance from among the same weapon types.
—You can register up to 20 combinations of equipment appearances as My Coordinations.
—The equipment in your possession will be displayed upon changing their appearance, so coordinate your gear to look how you want it.
Example
Change the rustic look of the full “steel armor” set to something a little more lighter looking. Even if you register an item to My Coordinate as an appearance, the item itself will not disappear, so you can register the equipment with your favorite looks as many times as you like.
■ Change the Protagonist’s Appearance at the Coloring Shop
In the capital city Megistris of Puku Land continent is a facility called the Coloring Shop, where you can change the colors of your equipment’s parts. By combining this with My Coordination, you can create an original appearance all your own.
—Each piece of equipment has two parts that can be colored. Some accessories can also be colored.
—There are over 50 colors to choose from. You can even color the weapons and shields equipped to your party members.

■ Change the Protagonist’s Appearance at “Salon Felicia”
At the salons operated by the Salon Felicia Group in the world of Astoltia, you can change the protagonist’s hairstyle, eyes, and more. There are salons on every continent, so be sure to drop by.
—After clearing a certain quest, the salon will open its doors to your patronage. From then on you will be able to visit the various salons on each continent.
—In addition to changing your hairstyle and hair color chosen at the beginning of the game, you can even change your character’s voice.
—By clearing quests from salon staff all over the world, the variety of colors available to you will increase.
—If of the same race, you can choose the appearance of the protagonist from scratch, style included.
