Qualche ora fa è stato rilasciato un nuovo update che aggiunge la Streamlined Mode in The Plucky Squire, ora disponibile su Nintendo Switch.
L’action adventure coloratissimo di Devolver Digital and All Possible Futures, sarà pubblicato il prossimo 17 settembre 2024 sull’eShop europeo ed americano di Nintendo Switch.

But for some of you more experienced adventurers, Jot’s dimension-hopping quest through the Land of Mojo was a little too eager to hold your hand.
Which is why we’re delighted to present a brand new version of The Plucky Squire aimed at those brave warriors unafraid to venture forth without any help.
You can still play the game as it was before, but a new abridged Streamlined Mode has been added for anyone who’d prefer a less hand-holdy experience. This trims less necessary dialogue, removes or reduces camera hints, cuts out some tutorial content and control of the game is taken away from you less often.
It’s the same grand Plucky Squire adventure, just tweaked to remove some of the friction for seasoned gamers.
The Plucky Squire follows the magical adventures of Jot and his friends—storybook characters who discover a three-dimensional world outside the pages of their book.
When the malevolent Humgrump realizes he’s the villain of the book—destined to lose his battle against the forces of good for all eternity – he kicks the heroic Jot out of its pages and changes the story forever.
Jot must face challenges, unlike anything he’s ever seen if he is to save his friends from Humgrump’s dark forces and restore the book’s happy ending.
Jump between 2D and 3D worlds in this charming action adventure—solving puzzles, boxing badgers, flying with a jetpack, and enjoying many more delightful and surprising mini-challenges as you become the hero of a living storybook.
