Gameloft ha pubblicato un nuovo update per Disney Speedstorm, disponibile da questo momento anche su Nintendo Switch.

Il racing game free to play, che vede protagonisti i personaggi Disney, sarà pubblicato in early access già dal prossimo il 18 aprile 2023 sull’eShop europeo ed americano di Nintendo Switch

Disney Speedstorm Hotfix May 16

Hotfix to Address Community Reported Issues & Racer Balancing.

Hey SpeedStars! 

Arbee has been hard at work implementing all the community’s amazingly useful feedback to make tweaks to take Disney Speedstorm to the next level!

The Game Team is committed to improving the game based on Community feedback during Early Access, so please continue to provide feedback and report issues on our official Discord server. 

The full list of changes included in this Hotfix are listed below:

Please note that the update is currently not live for PS4. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

RACER BALANCING

Mike Wazowski

• Normal Activation of the “Hold The Door” Unique Skill will now spawn 1 door instead of 2. Charged Activation will still spawn 2 doors. 
• The distance players are teleported by doors in both directions has been reduced by 10%. 
• Doors will now disappear after 10 seconds. (Down from 20 seconds)

Sulley

• The Area of Effect (AOE) of the “Fearsome Roar” Unique Skill has been increased, making it easier to stun rival Racers.
• The shape of the AOE has also been adjusted to make it easier to stun rivals. 
• The effect “Fearsome Roar” has on rival Racers has been changed from a long stun to a shorter stun and now has knock back. 
• Activating “Fearsome Roar” will now refill Sulley’s Manual Boost Bar whether rival Racers have been stunned or not. 
• Additional Manual Boost is now received by Sulley for each rival Racer stunned by “Fearsome Roar”.  

FIXES

UNIQUE SKILLS (FIX LIVE AS OF MAY 5)

• Fixed an issue causing the effects of the Charged Activation of Celia Mae’s Unique Skill “Snake And Shake” to persist for the duration of a race under certain circumstances. 

GENERAL (FIXES LIVE ON MAY 16)

• Fixed an issue causing players to sometimes get stuck in an infinite respawn loop after falling off a grind rail on the Toon Village racetrack.
• Fixed an issue causing Founder’s Pack Welcome Screens from appearing every time the game is launched on PS4. 
• Fixed various crash instances.
• Various Stability improvements.

Start your engine in environments inspired by some of your favorite Disney and Pixar films. From the docks of Pirates of the Caribbean’s Pirates Island track to the wilds of The Jungle Book’s Jungle Ruins map or the Scare Floor from Monsters, Inc., you can experience these worlds from a fresh, exciting perspective geared specifically for racing!

Choose your favorite racer’s suit, a flashy kart livery, and show off stylish wheels and wings — all of this and more is possible with the extensive customization features in the game!

The action never slows down thanks to fresh seasonal content always around the corner. New Disney and Pixar racers will be added regularly, bringing special skills for you to master (or overcome), and unique tracks will be created often, to pump fresh strategy into the mix. Support characters, environments, customization options, and collectibles will also drop in regularly, so there’s always more to experience.
